Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Customer Service Representative for one of the biggest lines of business in the company. Support customers through various channels such as phone, text, chat, video chat regarding financial products and services in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Job Responsibility:

Support customers and seek ways to improve inquiries or issues from customers with empathy regarding financial products and services
Perform routine tasks such as answering inquiries, resolving problems and providing best-in-class customer experience
Interact with team on basic information, plus internal or external customers
Navigate multiple computer systems
Adhere to work guidelines, policies, and regulations

Requirements:

6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
Must be able to attend full duration of required training period
Ability to work additional hours as needed
Must work on-site at the location posted

Nice to have:

At least 6+ months voice customer service experience in the BPO/Contact Center environment
Spanish language skills
