Job Description:

CVS Health is hiring a Dental Customer Service Representative who will address customer inquiries, resolve issues via phone, and guide members through insurance benefits. This role involves creating an emotional connection with members while maintaining documentation and regulatory compliance. The hybrid schedule includes onsite training and a mix of office and remote work post-training.

Job Responsibility:

Impacts members' service experience by addressing customer service inquiries and problems via telephone
Engages, consults, and educates members based on their needs and preferences regarding Aetna plans, tools, and resources
Answers questions and resolves issues based on phone calls from members, providers, and plan sponsors
Documents and tracks contacts with members, providers, and plan sponsors
Guides members through their plan benefits and Aetna policy and procedures
Creates an emotional connection with members by understanding and engaging them to champion their best health
Anticipates customer needs
Resolves billing conflicts

Requirements:

Customer Service experiences in a transaction-based environment such as a call center or retail location preferred, demonstrating ability to be empathetic and compassionate
Experience in a production environment
High School Diploma or Equivalent
