Job Description:

Customer Service Representative role in Behavioral Health team providing advocate care to assist members with clear path to care, claims understanding and resolution, and educating members with online resources. Guides members through their benefits plan and Aetna policy and procedures.

Job Responsibility:

Creates an empathetic connection with our members
Understanding and engaging the member to champion for our members' best health
Building trusting and caring relationships with members
Anticipating customer needs by answering unasked questions
Performing review of member claim history to ensure accurate tracking of benefit maximums and/or coinsurance/deductible
Performing financial data maintenance as necessary
Explaining member's rights and responsibilities in accordance with contract

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in a call center environment
Experience using Microsoft Office products specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
High School Diploma or GED
Must have a quiet/secure workspace in your home
Hardwired internet connection (ethernet) required
Minimum 25mbps/3mbps internet speed

Nice to have:

Previous Behavioral Health, Medical, or Insurance background
Experience working from home in a remote role
