Job Description

The Customer Service Rep works collaboratively with the service team to manage a book of business. Coordinates and provides day-to-day service for employee benefits clients by maintaining client relationships, supporting client retention, maintaining strong carrier relationships, and understanding client needs. Serves as day-to-day contact and provides resolution for client questions and issues.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist the Account Management team with all aspects of the account-service for all client group sizes
  • Assist eligibility changes, enrollments, changes and terminations
  • Processes COBRA documents
  • Provides billing and online portal assistance to clients
  • Assists with audits

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
