Adams Morey are currently looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at our Roche depot. As the Customer Service Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting the dealership. You will play a key role in ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while supporting the service and administration teams.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome customers and visitors to the dealership in a professional and friendly manner
Answer incoming telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
Manage the reception area and ensure it remains tidy and presentable
Assist customers with enquiries and provide accurate information
Support the service and administration teams with general office tasks
Maintain records, appointments, and documentation
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
Has previous reception or customer service experience
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is organised with good administrative abilities
Can remain calm and professional in a busy environment
Has good IT skills and attention to detail
Works well both independently and as part of a team
