We are partnering with a manufacturing company in the Bristol, CT area to hire a Customer Service Rep/Project Coordinator.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage customer projects from order entry through production and shipment
  • Ensure project accuracy, on-time delivery, and high customer satisfaction
  • Partner with sales team on project timelines and deliverables
  • Maintain accurate project data and documentation
  • Manage customer relationships
  • Partner with Sales, Technical, Production, Shipping, and Purchasing to keep projects moving efficiently

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, purchasing support, order management, or a related function
  • Hands-on experience with order entry and maintaining accurate transactional records
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • At least 2 years of experience in commercial construction or manufacturing
  • Comfortable acting as a team lead, including managing workflow and troubleshooting difficult projects
  • Microsoft Office skills and preferably experience with an ERP software
  • Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills
