Our global manufacturing client is seeking a proactive Customer Service / Procurement Specialist to manage customer accounts and sales order processing. This is a growth-focused role with potential advancement to a supervisory position.
Job Responsibility:
Assemble and ship sample packages, ensuring prompt delivery and follow-up
Support the sales team with RFQs and pricing
Enter and acknowledge sales orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain direct relationships with assigned customer accounts
Prepare customer status reports, quotations, and follow-up communications
Process sales invoices and shipping documents
Complete special projects as assigned and provide administrative support
Assist in packing and shipping finished orders with required paperwork
Requirements:
2+ years’ experience in manufacturing, supply chain, customer service, or account management
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable with order entry systems and standard office software
Professionalism and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales support roles
Experience in manufacturing or related industry preferred
Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Proficiency in handling administrative tasks
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Competence in using order entry systems and generating reports
Commitment to fostering a collaborative and detail-oriented work environment
