Job Description

This role coordinates customer enquiries, service requests, technician schedules, travel bookings and service records within a manufacturing and automation environment. You will report to the Australia based Service Manager.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain a four-week forward service schedule
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance within agreed service windows
  • Respond quickly to urgent breakdown requests
  • Reprioritise scheduled work when breakdowns require immediate attention
  • Communicate professionally with customers when appointments need to be rescheduled
  • Provide updates throughout the customer service lifecycle
  • Identify improvements across service administration and scheduling processes
  • Coordinate installations
