Job Description:

As a customer service representative in our company, you play a pivotal role in delivering service for cutting-edge 'high-tech' products in our repair center. You'll address inquiries and resolve complaints about our products, striving for high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you'll assist in processing item returns and maintain customer relationships via live chat, phone, or email. Your responsibilities also include handling payment-related matters.

Job Responsibility:

Handling complaints/questions about orders
Support the returns process
Managing customer relationships via live chat, telephone and email
Offer and payment-related business handling

Requirements:

Affinity with technology
Excellent customer focus
Fluent English is a requirement
Other European language is necessary: German, French or Italian is a plus. Spanish or Portugees possible
Able to work accurately and efficiently
Excellent communication skills

Nice to have:
