Job Description:

As the first point of contact for all new staff members, you are the face (and voice) of the company. Your day will be a mix of high volume interaction and essential administrative tasks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Candidate Onboarding: Welcoming new staff and guiding them through their first steps with the client
  • Verification: Managing e document verification to ensure all new hires are compliant and ready to work
  • Heavy Customer Service: Managing a busy front desk and handling a high volume of inbound phone inquiries
  • Help Desk Support: Acting as the primary resource for staff questions and troubleshooting general issues
  • First Impressions: Ensuring every person who walks through the door or calls in feels supported and informed
