The Roles We Fill We regularly recruit for various positions, including: Inbound Customer Service Representatives (Banking, Insurance, and Utilities). Claims Consultants & Case Managers. What We’re Looking For While every role is different, the "must-haves" for our talent pool include: Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English. Resilience: The ability to stay calm and professional during busy periods. Tech Savvy: Ability to navigate multiple screens and CRM systems (training provided). Reliability: A strong work ethic and a desire to help people. Location: Ability to commute to Brisbane CBD, access to public transport. Car and License is a bonus!
