Become an outbound customer service representative in a financial institution who is focused on delivering exceptional outcomes that exceed their customers expectations!

Job Responsibility

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing high quality service
  • Successfully providing quality resolution of disputed accounts
  • Negotiating with clients throughout all stages of collections process in align with company policies
  • Managing internal escalations for client and broker queries or complaints
  • Ensuring that customer requests are actioned efficiently and effectively
  • Communicating clearly and with respect to all customers

Requirements

  • MUST have previous Collections experience
  • You will have the natural ability and desire to help others as well as building trusting relationships
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
