We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and friendly support. Your goal is to transform every interaction into a positive experience, fostering long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Manage high-volume incoming inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media
Identify customer needs, clarify complaints, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and walkthroughs
Accurately record details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken within the CRM system
Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant department or management team when necessary
Collect and summarize customer feedback to help improve our internal processes and product offerings
Requirements:
Exceptional communication skills with a "customer-first" mindset
The ability to remain calm and professional, even when dealing with frustrated or upset customers
Strong critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues on the fly
1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, but a great attitude is mandatory
