Deliver exceptional service for customers and stakeholders while working across one of Australia’s largest supply chains. 12 month fixed-term contract (full-time hours). Norwest location. Our 10,000-strong team is an essential part of the expansive Woolworths Group, which encompasses Woolworths Supermarkets and Metro stores, BIG W, Countdown NZ, Quantium, and more. With us, your possibilities are not limited to a single opportunity. Primary Connect+ is our transport and logistics business within the Woolworths Group. Our team works together to provide end-to-end supply chain solutions for more than 1,300 food and retail customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Respond promptly to inbound requests and queries from customers, transport providers and internal stakeholders across various mediums (calls, email, and chats)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to collection and delivery, claims and returns, and missed deliveries
  • Ensure timely resolution of all issues by proactively following up on cases and escalating matters when required
  • Actively participate in identifying the root cause of systemic issues and contribute to improvement plans for both customer and carrier experience

Requirements:

  • Proven customer service experience in a high-volume context
  • Ability to manage competing priorities through effective prioritisation, organisation and problem-solving
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills across customers, internal and external stakeholders
  • Technology proficiency, able to quickly navigate and learn new applications
  • Experience or understanding in FMCG, manufacturing or logistics is highly regarded
