Job Description:

APS3 Participant Support Officer role focused on providing frontline customer service to Australians with disability. Includes administrative tasks, compliance responsibilities, and engagement with participants and their families.

Job Responsibility:

Providing frontline customer service to participants
Supporting administrative processes and data entry
Engaging with participants, their families, and support networks
Ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures
Collaborating with team members and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

Australian Citizenship is required
Must be willing to undergo pre-employment screening including National Criminal History Records Check
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and organisational ability
Experience in administration or customer service (government experience advantageous)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, participant-focused environment
Adaptability, empathy, and a professional attitude
