My client is a leading insurance company and they are looking for a Customer Service Officer to deliver high standard customer service to customers
Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound customer enquiries and channel enquiry (both walk-in or phone)
Provide post sales calls outbound call services to customers and follow through customer request to enhance customer experience
Achieve all Company KPI and actively contribute to the ongoing improvement of customer service by recommending and participating in the implementation of policy and procedural changes
Handle any ad hoc task assigned by line manager
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in related discipline
Holder of IIQE paper I, III, IV
With at least 3 years' customer service experience in life insurance industry
Knowledge with investment and life insurance products
Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Able to work under pressure, handle multi-task and excellent communication skills
