Job Description:

Temporary Customer Service Officer in the Education Sector providing exceptional customer service in a vibrant, student-centred environment

Job Responsibility:

Be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors
Handle enquiries via face-to-face interactions, phone calls, emails, web chat, and social media
Support student applications and enrolment processes with accurate data entry
Issue ID cards and manage visitor logs
Provide information on fees and signpost available financial support services
Keep GDPR-compliant records and contribute to team KPIs
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless student experience

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Capable of following processes and working both independently and as part of a team
Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
Committed to confidentiality, equality, and safeguarding practises
DBS required
