Job Responsibility:
Assess, collate and process loan application documents
Provide guidance and support to customers across a range of banking products and services
Support customers and navigate toward an optimal resolution
Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders (brokers/lenders/customers)
Have excellent computer literacy skills (ability to use multiple computer systems/databases simultaneously)
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role is essential
A sound understanding and keen interest in banking and financial services
High attention to detail
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Strong ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
Degree in Finance/Business is highly regarded but not required
