Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients over the phone, via email and live chat
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and data entry as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a contact centre or a customer facing role is a plus, but not essential
  • A friendly, bubbly and empathetic personality with a genuine passion for helping others
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Availability to work Monday to Saturday on a rotating roster
