Job Description:

This is a full-time permanent position, requiring 38 hours of work per week. As a Customer Service Officer, you will report to the Customer Service Team Leader and help improve service quality by handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints. Job Responsibility:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service
  • Respond to and resolve customer feedback and complaints
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and ensure policies are followed
  • Identify issues that need escalation and ensure quick resolutions

Requirements:

  • Sound computer literacy, confidence adopting systems and technology
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite – primarily Excel and Outlook
  • Resilience, boldness, and dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to effectively handle customer interactions
  • Proficiency in adhering to policies and procedures, ensuring consistent and accurate execution
  • Ability to collaborate within a team environment and escalate matters when appropriate
