Job Responsibility:
Processing NDIS billing transactions accurately and efficiently using Carelink+
Ensuring compliance with NDIS guidelines and internal billing procedures
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing clear and professional support
Identifying and escalating discrepancies or concerns to the relevant team members
Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience
Maintaining accurate records and contributing to regular reporting
Requirements:
Previous experience in a data entry, customer service, or administrative role within a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactions accurately
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also taking ownership of individual tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Nice to have:
Experience using Carelink+ or knowledge of NDIS billing
