Job Responsibility:
Create orders from incoming requests
Answer calls and assist customers with order management
Provide estimates as needed
Process orders
Prepare shipping, delivery, and billing paperwork
Process purchase orders for vendors
Ad hoc projects within the department
Requirements:
Experience in customer service, service coordination, or an administrative support role
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal staff
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in documentation and scheduling
