Job Responsibility

  • Create orders from incoming requests
  • Answer calls and assist customers with order management
  • Provide estimates as needed
  • Process orders
  • Prepare shipping, delivery, and billing paperwork
  • Process purchase orders for vendors
  • Ad hoc projects within the department

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, service coordination, or an administrative support role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal staff
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in documentation and scheduling
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced department
