Job Description:

In this dynamic role, you will be the central point of contact via telephone for the swift and efficient resolution of breakdowns. You will handle various contacts such as phone calls, emails, and faxes. Your tasks will include gathering crucial information, providing technical support, and proactively informing all involved parties. Additionally, you will be responsible for following up on agreements, handling any complaints, and accurately processing each file administratively within the agreed deadlines. The working hours are flexible and can be scheduled throughout the day.

Job Responsibility:

Answer phone calls with a smile
Listen attentively and analyze situations
Dispatch the right help quickly
Keep customers and involved parties informed
Handle files administratively
Monitor agreements with service providers
Assist customers with complaints
Find the best solutions for everyone

Requirements:

Fluent in Polish, Dutch, and English
Proficient in Office and Outlook
Quick thinker with creative problem-solving skills
Customer-friendly and results-oriented
Accurate and detail-oriented
Stress-resistant multitasker
Team player
Affinity with cars is a plus

Nice to have:

Affinity with cars (tires, etc.)
Positive vibe and thirst for learning
