Job Description:

In this role, you are the central point of contact via telephone for the swift and efficient resolution of breakdowns. You handle phone calls, emails, and faxes, gather information, provide technical support, and keep all involved parties informed. Additionally, you monitor agreements, handle complaints, and ensure the correct administrative follow-up of each case within the set deadlines. You will work at night, from 8 PM to 8 AM. The specific three days can be discussed.

Job Responsibility:

Dutifully answer the phone and unravel the breakdown situation to quickly dispatch the right assistance
Follow up on the breakdown assistance from start to finish
Keep customers and other involved parties up-to-date
Handle each file administratively perfectly
Monitor the agreements with our service providers
Listen to and resolve complaints

Requirements:

Fluent in German, Dutch, and English
Proficient with computers (Office, Outlook)
A sharp mind that quickly analyzes problems and comes up with solutions
Customer-friendliness
Results-oriented
Accurate and with high standards
Stress-resistant and a multitasker
A real team player
Affinity with cars (tires, etc.) is a nice extra, but not a must
A positive vibe and the willingness to learn something new every day
