We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Medford, Massachusetts. In this contract position, you will oversee customer service operations, ensuring efficiency and satisfaction for all clients. Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the customer service team to ensure consistent and high-quality client support
