Job Description

作为销售与运营的桥梁,领导“订单到交付(OTD)”的全流程执行与优化 。负责季度销售目标的预测、跟踪与达成,通过订单分析支持AOP目标 。主持销售运营会议,协同财务及生产部门解决交付瓶颈并缩短产品交期 。通过偏差可视化系统识别交付与销售差距,运用持续改进(CI)工具驱动闭环解决 。深度对接客户运营团队收集VOC(客户声音),持续提升客户体验与满意度 。

Requirements

  • 具备极强的数据驱动决策能力,熟练使用BI工具及微软办公套件
  • 卓越的跨职能沟通技巧,拥有极强的责任感、紧迫感以及高'言出必行'率
  • 具备PDCA思维与根因分析(RCA)能力,能够深入现场(GEMBA)解决实际问题
