We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our prestigious global organization, renowned for its innovative solutions and commitment to excellence. As a Customer Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Job Responsibility
Be responsible for Customer Service and Orders
Be responsible for Customer Claims: registration, solution and established closing times
Be responsible for orders: Review daily management, Enter errors and improvement in manual order handling / automation system
Be responsible for billing repairs and technical guarantees
Support the Logistics Manager in time of supply, delivery notes by order
Manage Large Accounts, coordinate deliveries and customer satisfaction
Provide Support to direct sales KAM
Provide Support to the internal and external commercial network
Support and review commercial offers
Offer technical support in customer service
Support the negotiations with the logistics department
Be responsible for the management and review of returns
Do EDI daily check
Requirements
At least 3-5 years of demonstrable experience customer service manager
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Business Administration or similar
