Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our prestigious global organization, renowned for its innovative solutions and commitment to excellence. As a Customer Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Job Responsibility

  • Be responsible for Customer Service and Orders
  • Be responsible for Customer Claims: registration, solution and established closing times
  • Be responsible for orders: Review daily management, Enter errors and improvement in manual order handling / automation system
  • Be responsible for billing repairs and technical guarantees
  • Support the Logistics Manager in time of supply, delivery notes by order
  • Manage Large Accounts, coordinate deliveries and customer satisfaction
  • Provide Support to direct sales KAM
  • Provide Support to the internal and external commercial network
  • Support and review commercial offers
  • Offer technical support in customer service
  • Support the negotiations with the logistics department
  • Be responsible for the management and review of returns
  • Do EDI daily check

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of demonstrable experience customer service manager
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Business Administration or similar
  • Studies of logistics or MBA are highly valued
  • Be proficient with MS Office
  • Knowledge and experience in ERP & CRM systems
  • Fluency in English
