We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Manager to lead and support a team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of order processes from initiation through fulfillment. The position is based in Franklin, Indiana, with the opportunity for flexible scheduling as needed.
Job Responsibility:
Provide hands-on supervision and guidance to a team of five customer service professionals
Oversee the order process from entry to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction
Monitor team performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement
Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery
Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and knowledge
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and order statuses
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer service activities
Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend solutions
Prepare regular reports on team performance and customer service metrics
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service management or a similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of order entry and fulfillment processes
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
Proficiency in handling customer inquiries in a call center environment
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Familiarity with customer service software and tools
