Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee and enhance customer interactions while supporting sales operations. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong communication skills and a proven ability to manage processes effectively. Based in Olive Branch, Mississippi, the position offers an opportunity to drive customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise and lead customer service teams to ensure high-quality support and responsiveness
Collaborate closely with sales teams to facilitate smooth inside and direct sales operations
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to customers
Manage accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payment collection and reconciliation
Oversee payment processing activities to maintain accuracy and compliance
Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently
Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
Implement best practices for managing customer accounts and resolving disputes

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service management or a related field
Strong knowledge of inside and direct sales processes
Familiarity with inbound and outbound sales strategies
Expertise in accounts receivable and payment processing
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to analyze metrics and implement improvement strategies
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for customer service and sales management
