My client is a British Heritage brand and has successfully been trading in the UK for over 100 years, they are now looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to come and join their growing team in central London.
Job Responsibility:
Improve the customer service experience while leading a successful customer service team
Analyse customer correspondence and create processes and procedures to improve all relevant critical areas of the business
Liaise with the warehouse team, stores, and carriers
Investigate new opportunities that will improve our service proposition
Requirements:
Minimum of three years of experience in managing a customer service team in a call centre environment or in a fashion/retail environment
Must be happy to get hands-on as you will pick up customer correspondence that requires a senior person to respond
Must have excellent content writing skills as you will be required to create copy for our website and maintain a level of correspondence across various platforms
