Job Responsibility:
Manage and lead customer service teams to deliver exceptional service and resolve issues efficiently
Oversee shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of goods

Develop and implement strategies for improving customer service quality and team performance

Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in a call center or dispatch setting
Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes and related software tools
