Job Description

In this key leadership role, you will manage customer service workflows, telemarketing assignments, and transactional tracking to ensure comprehensive operational efficiency. Direct day-to-day operations for the transactional processing and invoicing personnel. Monitor billing workflows to ensure strict timeline adherence and data correctness. Deliver leadership, structured training, and performance encouragement to team members. Coordinate with internal leaders to evaluate performance metrics and resolve systemic processing issues. Oversee the monthly creation and verification of client transaction files.
