Job Description

Customer Service Intern F/M/X. Contract management Team is responsible for handling customer and dealer requests. It is responsible for Customer journey from leasing contract activation to contract billing and closure. What awaits you? Responsible for the proper and effective execution of the tasks related to contract administration and customer service (including contract early termination, billing and closure, EoT process execution, schedule changes etc.) according to BMW Financial Services Poland procedures. Responsible for performing End Of Term and early termination tasks. Responsible for the execution of the day-to-day business tasks related to customer service, including fine tickets process execution, incoming correspondence handling, issuance of invoices on installments, fees and other titles, assignment of rights process handling and collaterals management administration. Job Responsibility
