Requirements:
Transferable Customer Service Skills: A demonstrated history of providing excellent service in any customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality, administrative, healthcare, etc.)
Strong Communication Skills: The ability to communicate clearly and empathetically, both verbally and in writing, with people from diverse backgrounds
A Proactive and Adaptable Mindset: The ability to solve problems thoughtfully and remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
Genuine Empathy and Customer Focus: A sincere desire to help others and make a positive difference in their day
Must be Australian Citizen or P.R.
