Job Description:

Our client in the commercial plumbing distribution sector is looking for its new junior customer service representative! Salary starting at $21/hr. Full-time weekday schedule. Opportunity for continuous growth and learning within the company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Taking and following up customer orders
  • Invoicing and quoting
  • Telephone sales
  • After-sales service and customer retention
  • Front-line customer service to answer customer questions

Requirements:

  • Bilingualism (many customers and suppliers are outside Quebec)
  • Experience in customer service (minimum 2 years) - plumbing experience will be considered a strong asset
  • Motivation, ability to learn and an interest in the plumbing business

Nice to have:

Plumbing experience
