Job Responsibility:

Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and occasional face-to-face interactions
Respond to inbound sales enquiries and confidently upsell or cross-sell when appropriate
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, content creation, and customer engagement
Build lasting relationships with customers, dealers, and internal teams
Handle queries and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and emotional intelligence
Stay curious and informed - develop deep product knowledge and share it with pride
