We are currently seeking dedicated Helpline Consultants to represent a premier financial institution in the Adelaide CBD. In this pivotal role, you will act as a subject matter expert, providing high-level support to members regarding superannuation portfolios, legislative requirements, and digital platforms.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver accurate, general advice regarding corporate funds and retail products to a diverse membership base
Resolve inquiries related to account management, financial hardship, and online system navigation with empathy and precision
Work in tandem with Administration and Financial Advice teams to ensure a seamless and premium member experience
Utilize a suite of internal CRM and internet-based applications to maintain meticulous records and resolve technical queries
Requirements:
A proven track record in high-touch customer service or contact center environments
Prior exposure to Superannuation or Financial Services is highly regarded
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and manage complex stakeholder expectations
Ability to successfully complete an extensive background and police check prior to commencement
