Job Responsibility:
Lead the Investigation: Act as the key player in identifying and stopping live fraud attempts
Solve the Puzzle: Handle complex queries and alerts, using sharp judgment to resolve cases while they are still in motion
Be the Calm in the Storm: Support customers who may be discovering fraud in the early hours, managing cases from the first alert to final resolution
Own Your Work: Proactively manage your daily caseload within clear guidelines to protect the bank and its customers
Requirements:
Experience in Financial Crime, Fraud, Scams, or similar investigations
Experience within banking or financial services is highly desired
Analytical and critical-thinking skills
Commitment to a roster that includes every second weekend
