Job Description:

Join a leading player in the energy sector that supports global transportation and local mobility. With a strong presence at the Singapore port and major airports across the Asia-Pacific, our client supplies essential fuels to international shipping and aviation partners. Back home, it operates one of Singapore’s largest service station networks, delivering reliable, round-the-clock support to motorists across the island.

Job Responsibility:

Respond to customer enquiries, requests, and feedback through email and the company hotline, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
Assist customers with membership registrations and maintain a monthly summary report for the Retail Management team
Manage procurement activities for retail stations, including handling tenders and routine purchasing of goods and services
Coordinate logistics support across the retail station network in Singapore
Support price updates and assist in planning and executing retail events

Requirements:

Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent
Preferably individuals with at least 2 years of experience in handling public enquiries
