Customer Service Executive

• Providing expert advice on our products, services, and promotions
• Supporting the Wholesale (B2B) team in onboarding new clients and managing customer accounts
• Resolving customer issues and inquiries through phone, email, and onsite chat
• Ensuring accurate and timely resolution of all customer issues, escalating when necessary

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google applications
• Experience with Zendesk is a bonus but not essential
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A patient and polite demeanour, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• An approachable and enthusiastic personality, with a genuine passion for the brand
• The ability to work well within a team while handling issues professionally
• A quick learning ability paired with strong problem-solving skills
• Numeracy and accuracy, with good Excel skills
