Verify crucial details such as connection status, meter readings, property details, and consumer information
Data Updation: Collect any missing or updated information directly from residents or property owners on-site
Accurately record and input all verified and updated data into the company's system in real-time or soon after the visit
Customer Interaction: Serve as a professional representative of the company, interacting politely and clearly explaining the purpose of the visit to residents
Address basic customer queries related to the survey process or data collection with clarity and patience
Reporting & Compliance: Ensure all fieldwork is completed within set daily targets and deadlines
Submit daily reports detailing work progress, QC findings, and any challenges encountered in the field
Adhere strictly to company policies, safety protocols, and ethical data collection standards
