The Customer Service Executive would be responsible for below activities for B&W Category
Job Responsibility:
Performing day to day activities - Loss Tree and Root Cause Analysis of Top losses, Stock Outs, Delisting of inactive packs, new listings etc
Coordinating and Planning for daily dispatches across the factories to DCs
Drive Day 0 / DR & new launches to deliver business growth through flawless supply chain execution
Liaising with Supply Planning Team, Replenishment team & DC operations team
Formulating Dashboards on KPIs - Fill Rate, In Stock and Inventory (DOH), monitoring the performance at Weekly and Monthly intervals, and taking timely actions to meet the deliverables
Monitoring and controlling business waste for the month and ensure timely liquidation of stocks on time
Responsible for leading demand planning process for B&W category
Lead & strengthen the S&Op process for the category
Follow a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Customer marketing to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for S&OP
Closely coordinate and communicate inputs/action plans with supply planning on demand changes
Work closely with branch CM team & central demand planners to ensure dynamic demand is captured
Requirements:
2+ years’ experience, preferably in Supply/ demand planning
MBA Preferred
Strong in excel & analytical skills
Strong communication skills & ability to manage senior stakeholders
Strong organizational, decision making, and presentation skills
Working knowledge of Knowledge of SAP/APO
Experienced with other software packages including Powerbi and Microsoft Office
