Job Description

Handle day-to-day customer transactions and queries; Verify, appraise, and process gold purchasing transactions; Maintain records, vouchers, and transaction documentation; Ensure proper cash handling and account balancing; Support business development and customer relationship activities; Promote and cross-sell company products and services; Maintain operational accuracy and data confidentiality.

  • Basic knowledge of Gold & Precious Metals market
  • Gold quality checking/appraisal knowledge
  • KYC documentation knowledge
  • Communication skills in local language & English
  • Negotiation and customer handling skill.
