Our client, a rapidly expanding recruitment company operating across Australia, Sri Lanka and New Zealand, is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their Colombo-based team. Job Responsibility:
Deliver high-quality customer service to Australian corporate clients
Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms
Support daily operational tasks and business coordination
Work closely with the Australian management team for ongoing guidance and training
Maintain accurate records using internal systems and databases
Requirements:
Customer-focused, proactive, and dependable
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Experience or education linked to an Australian-based organization is an advantage
Strong computer literacy and familiarity with web-based applications
Experience with CRM or database systems is a plus
Sales-oriented with a pleasant and confident personality
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Good understanding of social media platforms
Nice to have:
