Job Responsibility:
Handling customer enquiries professionally and efficiently via phone, email and other channels
Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner
Providing accurate product information and advice
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Working closely with sales and marketing teams to maximise customer satisfaction
Building strong, long‑term relationships with customers
Consistently meeting or exceeding customer service target
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within retail or consumer goods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail
Calm, positive approach when handling challenging situations
Confident using customer service systems and software
