Payable (Pvt) Ltd is a leading fintech company committed to revolutionizing digital payment solutions. As we continue to grow, based on our team composition, we are looking for a Call Center agent to join our Customer Service team.
Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound customer calls promptly and professionally
Maintain high standards of call quality and customer satisfaction
Log and manage customer tickets using the ZOHO support system
Resolve complaints effectively and update cases accordingly
Coordinate with internal departments for unresolved issues
Conduct outbound calls for sales, surveys, and service follow-ups
Perform operational health checks for partner and Payable merchants
Requirements:
Freshers or 1–2 years of experience in a call center/customer service role
Fluency in English and Sinhala
Strong customer service mindset and team spirit
Basic IT skills and familiarity with mobile apps
Willingness to work on a shift/roster basis, including weekends
