Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and customer focused professionals to join our US Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong service mindset, and prior experience handling US-based customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for US customers
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow process guidelines
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication

Requirements:

  • Graduation in any stream
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in US Voice Process
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
