Exciting news — AJW Group is expanding! We’re opening new offices in Sofia, Bulgaria, and ahead of the launch we’re looking for aviation‑skilled professionals to join our growing business. We’re currently recruiting for a Customer Repairs Coordinator to support our global customer base and ensure a smooth, efficient repairs process. In this role, you’ll manage repair orders, coordinate with suppliers, track turnaround times, and provide clear, timely updates to customers — all while building strong relationships that support long‑term partnership. As this position plays a key role in our aviation operations, previous aviation experience is essential.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with the Customer Repairs Team Leader and AJW Group to ensure stock levels meet customer expectations and financial goals
  • Play a key role in MRO Operations
  • Follow all updated procedures for stock upgrades
  • Optimize cost savings and minimize repair turnaround time
  • Support the team in meeting service obligations and department goals
  • Select vendors and process repair orders
  • Collaborate with vendors to control costs and enhance profitability
  • Expedite repair orders to reduce turnaround time
  • Support Sales by prioritizing urgent requests
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and inspection as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service within the aviation industry is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage customer inquiries and facilitate the repair process efficiently
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work across different departments
