Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and interested in joining a leading aviation company? AJW Group is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our AOG (Aircraft on Ground) team! As a Customer Service Executive at AJW Group, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to enhance their satisfaction and drive sales opportunities. This position involves working 4-on-4-off night shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am to support our 24/7, 365-day operation, focusing on Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations where immediate attention is crucial. You will be the primary contact for AOG and priority customer requests.

Job Responsibility

  • Procure items for customer needs and negotiate with suppliers for cost optimisation
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance the customer experience
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive pricing
