Job Responsibility:
Creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and team members
Overseeing the daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and cleanliness
Assisting with meeting and event logistics, including planning and catering
Reporting maintenance and cleaning issues, ensuring timely resolution
Supporting clients with the desk booking system and check-in processes
Maintaining high standards to consistently exceed customer expectations
Participating in training opportunities and address additional tasks as needed
Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations, including Fire Warden duties
